Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any goods and/or services provided by “me” (aka Dustbunny Atelier/ Emilie Happel) you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not purchase or access any goods and/or services provided by me.
The terms “goods” and “content” will be used interchangeably.I may occasionally need to make changes to this policy. If I do, I will make a reasonable attempt to make it known and by changing the date at the top.
Usage
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:● Use the goods and/or services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
● Use the goods and/or services to transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material.
● Publicly redistribute any of the goods (including art/models)
● Claim that any of the goods you purchased were created by you
● Use any of the goods you purchase for purposes relating to crypto or AI (including but not limited to, NFTs, training or editing purposes.)

Intellectual Property
All content created by me, is and will remain my exclusive property.
After purchase you may only use it for personal, non-profit purposes.
Payments and Billing
You agree to provide accurate billing information. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Commission payments may be done in installments, depending on the commission. For additional info, please refer to the terms associated with the commission you are purchasing.
I reserve the right to change my pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
I am not responsible for any tariffs, customs fees or other duties or extra fees you incur by purchasing from me.
For Commissions (Custom Content)
In addition to the above:
You guarantee that you have legal permission to commission me to make content of whatever IP/character/subjects or the like that you send me.
Any references, or characters you send me for the purposes of creating custom content for you will obviously remain yours. You give me permission to use the references/characters that you send me to create content for you and allow me the right to display the created content for my own portfolio and marketing purposes, with reference to you. I will not publicly sell custom content created for you, unless discussed and agreed to by both parties ahead of time.
If you would like me to not display the created content, you must discuss this with me ahead of time.
If you would like me not to display the content I create for you until a certain date, (for example for birthday gifts) that is fine, but please also be sure to let me know ahead of time.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, without stating said reason.
